Here at Vacation, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you have any issues with your vacation.inc order, please contact us at vacation@vacation.inc. We’ll do our best to accommodate any reasonable request. Refunds or exchanges are provided at Vacation’s sole discretion.
Please note that for health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns. If your payment has already been processed for an order that we are unable to fulfill, we will issue a refund. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and may change at any time. We may require additional information to verify and complete an order.
It's also worth noting that "shipping time" applies to the time a product spends in transit, but does not reflect the processing time to prepare, pack, and ship your order from our warehouse. Orders are typically processed in 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends.
